ASSESSMENTS

Our skills enable us to observe how you move, and why you move the way you do.

We perform assessments for:

  • Walking (gait)
  • Running
  • Weightlifting (Olympic and Powerlifting)

These assessments will provide you with the knowledge and ability to improve your ability to move, compete, and live your life.

Rates:
$250 per Assessment


REHABILITATION

We help rehabilitate any sort of musculoskeletal pain from your head to your toes, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Hip pain/strain/ache, tendonitis
  • Hip enthesopathy
  • Hip labral tears
  • Knee pain/strain/ache
  • Knee tendonitis
  • Meniscal tear
  • Patellar tendonitis
  • Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS)
  • ACL/MCL/LCL/PCL injury
  • Ankle sprains/ache
  • Calf strains/tears
  • Vertigo (BPPV)
  • Neck pain/strains/ache
  • Shoulder pain/strain/ache
  • Rotator Cuff tears/strains, tendonitis
  • Rotator Cuff enthesopathy
  • Shoulder labral tears
  • Shoulder instability
  • Back pain/strain/ache
  • Herniated disks
  • Sciatica
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Muscular weakness

Rates:
$250 for Evaluation, $250 for Follow-up


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING, Remote programming

We offer one-on-one personal training services to help you reach and destroy your goals. 

Our coverage also applies to remote programming - we can develop a workout plan for you after an initial visit to help you conquer what you have your eyes on. 

Rates:
Individual Session: $250

Package rates:
10 Sessions for $2000 ($200 per session)
20 Sessions for $3500 ($175 per session)

Programming:

Base rates depend on demand and goals.
Per Mesocycle (4-6 weeks) - $240 to $360 per mesocycle
Per Macrocycle (2+ Mesocycles, up to to 52 weeks) - $1950 to $3000 per macrocycle
