step 1: ‘the warm-up’
this is where we begin: we chat, in person or via webcam.
we listen to your story, we set expectations and goals for each other, and make sure that we are both a great fit to help you.
step 2: the ‘kick-off’
we sit down and detail your goals, nutrition, stress, recovery, your training, and everything in between to put together action steps to optimize your performance.
this also includes a thorough medical history screening and musculoskeletal assessment.
we leave no stone unturned to make sure that we can get all cylinders firing to move you in the right direction.
step 3: the ‘game plan’
there are two aspects to our ‘game plan:’ optimizing performance, and return to performance.
depending on your needs after the first visit, we will put together the best and comprehensive plan for you to reach your goals.
