what you need:
the Train Heroic app, accessible via smartphone or web browser
the OnForm app, for video feedback on your submissions
access to light to moderately heavy equipment for your other lift days. home adaptations are available.

Fill out your intake forms so we can learn more about you! They will be sent through an email confirming that you registered for the session.

Make sure you’re allowing emails from team@matchfitperformance.com to receive important information about us and the gym. We’ll be sending out information leading up to your first session.
