why is in-season training so important?

  • helps to maintain strength, speed, and endurance gains made during your off-season

  • lifting 1-2x per week during the season has been shown to reduce overuse injuries by 65%

  • stronger athletes tend to be more resilient and spend less time out from playing, even if they do sustain an injury during the season

what you get:

  • a 3-day lifting program that can be tailored around tournaments and practices.

  • optional weekly in-person group training session with MFPX coaches

  • video form feedback

  • private community on Slack

what you need:

  • the Train Heroic app, accessible via smartphone or web browser

  • the OnForm app, for video feedback on your submissions

  • access to light to moderately heavy equipment for your other lift days. home adaptations are available.

  • willingness to learn and be coached

Fill out your intake forms so we can learn more about you! They will be sent through an email confirming that you registered for the session.

Make sure you’re allowing emails from team@matchfitperformance.com to receive important information about us and the gym. We’ll be sending out information leading up to your first session.
