Do you take insurance?
Good question: Yes and no.
Because of the services we provide (one-on-one time for an hour, personalized and on-call services), we do not participate in-network with most major insurance providers.
Don’t panic – this does not mean your visits will not be covered.
There are some things we will need to figure out regarding your insurance benefits, and we discuss them in this YouTube video (coming soon) and blog posts:
Do i have out of network benefits?
You can call your insurance company’s customer service hotline and inquire as to what your out of network benefits are.
You need to ask about several things:
- Your deductible, and is it met?
- Your visits, and how many are left?
- Do you need authorization or a referral before seeing a PT?
- What percentage amount is covered by your co-insurance?
If you have more questions, we can help you communicate with the insurance providers to help you understand more.

Where do you treat?
We travel and treat in the New York City metro area, throughout the five boroughs of Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Staten Island.
Currently, we have our main spaces in Manhattan (Chelsea, Midtown, Upper East Side) and in Queens (Astoria).
We can also come to your home, home gym, or apartment!
What do I need to wear?
Wear something comfortable, but make sure the clothing gives access to the area that we're going to be taking a look at.
If we are working on your knees or hips, shorts are acceptable. Your shoulders? A t-shirt or tank will do.
We are also respectful of religious observations. Please inform us if you have any questions.
