do you take insurance?

No.

We can't give you the service you deserve by participating as an in-network provider.

That means we are out of pocket, BUT WE participate as out-of-network providers with insurance companies.

Participating as an in-network provider means that we can't be the support staff that you want and need. Frankly, they don't pay us enough as much as they take away from you.

We can help you interpret your benefits as they apply and can provide you with a superbill to file your claim.

You may or may not get reimbursed by your insurance company depending on your out of network benefits. Match Fit Performance can not guarantee reimbursement rates as each insurance company determines what is 'reasonable and customary' in terms of reimbursement.

do i have out of network benefits?

Each plan has different benefits and criteria that must be met in order for you to be reimbursed.

what can I expect in our first session?

We spend our first session getting to know you and the factors that may be contributing to your issue you are seeing us for.

There will usually be a treatment depending on what we find during the session.

Please dress in clothing appropriate for movement relative to your issue; gym clothing, activewear, and athleisure wear is appropriate.

We are also respectful of all religious and personal observances. Please inform us before hand of any questions if you may have any.

At the end of the session, you will receive a detailed email that includes:

  • a summary of what your therapist believes is the cause of your discomfort
  • the estimated time of plan of care, including visits (determined by you and your physio)
  • goals to be reached (determined by you and your physio)
  • homework to help reinforce things we practiced in our session
  • And if you walk out the door after our first session and forget anything, you can always call, email, or text us with any questions about what we talked about.

    do you provide consultations?

    Yes.

    Give us a phone call so we can make sure that you are the right fit for us and we can make sure that you should see someone else before you come and see us.

    how do I know I am the right fit for match fit performance?

    Hop on the phone or on a FaceTime with us.

    We can talk about your goals and concerns to see if we could be a good fit together - if not, NBD; we have connections to colleagues and professionals that may be better equipped or prepared to assist you.

    what if I don't think match fit performance can help me?

    We can only lead you to water, not force you to drink it. There's cults for that.

    Jokes aside, if you need help for medical issues that we cannot cover, that's where our awesome squad can take over - we have a great group of medical professionals that we can refer you to to make sure that you receive the care that you need.
